have been working out since July 2011.sadly have only been able to lose 9 kgs so far.I think I have this overeating problem.i am trying to fix this through this website to track my eating habbit.Wish me luck!!!

really you lost 9 kg without diet ! you are overeating and you lost 9 kg it's really cool and motivited please could yo tell me what kind of exercices do you practise??

I have an overeating problem as well it's called I like food. It's o.k. to enjoy food you just have to monitor what you eat and how much. I am going through this nutrition program and it suggests you find and know your number. That number is how much you want to weigh, your ideal number, and multiply that by 13 and that's how many calories you should eat a day. Also it suggests that you drink as much water as half your ideal weight. So my ideal weight for me is 120lbs. My calorie intake is 1560 and I drink about 60oz of water a day. Truthfully drinking the water helps curb my appetite so that I can keep within my daily calories. Of couse sometimes I go over on the weekends, but not too bad. So I hope this helps and good luck.

I LOVE food. And I can workout and do all things right and then overeat. I have no portion control and just can't stop. UGH! Very frustrating. I know what I want just can't seem to reach it. :(

Hey you're doing great. Just remember muscle weighs more than fat. You are losing fat and gaining muscle. Looking good. I'll take smaller size jeans any day. Keep up the good work.:-)

Being healthy is the most important thing. If you are stepping up your game, eating healthy, exercising, than it doesnt matter what the scale says. That is just a number, if you can see results thats AWESOME!!! And I also hate the saggy butt look :) lol

well I kinda dropped the ball on Super Bowl Sunday, no pun intended. But I was back on track this week and am still losing weight. Now I just have to up the exercise. I started just doing cardio. Now I think my body needs some weight training. I need to start sculpting my body and have lean muscles burn calories all day. So I will start with weights on Monday.
