Finally I am under 140lbs. It seemed like it took forever, but I did it. Now I am ready to reach my next goal of being under 130lbs. I did a juice fast with my husband this week,and I think that's what gave me that extra push I needed. It wasn't easy, we drank fresh squeezed juice or odwalla juices during the day, but had to eat like a salad at night . It's almost like a mini detox. I feel so much better.
